By bond hand & seal 18th January Ano: Dmi: 1724: penal sum of  £2000 Sterling money of England, upon marriage and consumation give to Ms. Ann Ashton d/o Henry Ashton, her and her heirs of her body lawfully begotten by him, said William Aylett Junior, lands & slaves, all the tract of land known by the name of Nominy Plantation on the North side of Nominy River containing est. 1000 acres more or less; Tract of land formerly belonging to Richard Sturman, lying in the Forrest of Nominy containing 1400 acres by Patent bearing date 26th October Ana: 1666, give to my Daughter all that is left and unsold of the said Sturmans Land, to posses without hindrance of any person
