The Regent of Plum Tree Memory family acknowledges that the King of Spain is currently decreed by a "council of minister's" to use hereditary titles belonging to Plum Tree Memory family member's; this Regent does acknowledge this "Council of Minister's" were aware of members of Plum Tree Memory though not designated as PTM family members then, yet known of as early as 1960.
